Operations Management Concentration
In today's hyper-competitive market, operations managers need to ensure that their businesses run efficiently and effectively. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Operations Management prepares students for such challenges.
Understanding key supply chain foundations is crucial to a company's success and the concentration courses provide students with the necessary skills to oversee the operations management activities and processes. It also teaches students appropriate tools and practices for managing different aspects of operations in terms of forecasting, quality control, capacity planning, project management, inventory control and supply chain management.
