- Study Tour
The courses covered in the Project Management Certificate Program curriculum are listed below. It is important to note that these 21 hours are taught as an integrated body of subject rather than a series of courses. While ultimately mapping to individual courses, teaching is by 4 hour blocks of topics. This is done to provide the opportunity to integrate different topics while studying/discussing them as opposed to the traditional way of working one course at a time. It is believed that modeling the learning experience like actual work facilities the learning and application of the principles. Feedback from students from 3 classes confirm this. After completing the Certificate phase, participants are considered ready to take the Project Management Institute PMP Certification Exam.
