About the Program
Program Dates
The program starts with an afternoon session on Sunday, April 27 and finishes with a luncheon Friday, May 23. Participants need to arrive no later than the morning of April 27 and to be present at the closing luncheon to be held at 12 noon, May 23. Faithful attendance is one of the requirements to receive a certificate for the program. Please schedule return flights for after 5 PM on May 23.
Times of Classes
Classes begin each morning, Monday through Friday, at 8:30 AM. There are two (2) fifteen minute coffee breaks daily - one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon. We break for lunch at 11:45 AM with classes resuming at 1:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM. Exceptions are on Fridays when review sessions are held from 4:00 - 4:30 PM. These review sessions outline the next week’s study material.
Location of Classes
Classes are held on the campus of The University of Texas at Dallas. The campus is located off Campbell Road, about three (3) miles west of the Radisson Hotel Richardson.
Transportation from Hotel to University
Transportation to and from classes is provided at no charge. Buses leave the Radisson Hotel promptly at 8:00 AM and return to the hotel at the conclusion of each day’s program.

Certificates
Certificates are awarded to those who successfully participate in the program. Program requirements follow:
- Attendance at program sessions, including the graduation luncheon. Attendance is mandatory. Certificates will not be awarded to persons who miss sessions without a valid written excuse.
- Satisfactory participation in the program. Participants should anticipate that a substantial amount of preparation and homework will be required each day.
- Satisfactory performance, as determined by the program, on quizzes and tests concerning some of the main materials.
Insurance
The program attempts to purchase health insurance for the participants. There are limits to this insurance, however, and it does not cover any pre-existing conditions. In addition, it is only effective during the time of the program.
