A strategic partner's role and responsibility is to:

Provide IECG with access to state-of-the-art expertise in the service areas benefiting corporate governance
Develop and present, with UTD faculty, programs that assist corporate directors, senior management, and institutional investors in the performance of their duties
Conduct research, in cooperation with UTD faculty, on significant corporate governance issues
Contribute to IECG a minimum of $20,000 per year
