Upcoming Programs

IECG develops programs that provide practical insights into the breadth and depth of important emerging issues in corporate governance. We expose our participants to leading professionals and academics in the field of corporate governance in timely and relevant programs that also allow them to benchmark with directors and senior management from other organizations.

In addition, we tailor our programs to our attendees’ needs as we identify and respond to the most current corporate governance issues. We are able to create programs designed for both directors and senior management. Or, we can focus more sharply on the particular needs of directors or senior management for those specific aspects of corporate governance which concern them most. For directors, this is often dictated by their board committed assignments.

All our programs are developed and presented by UTD faculty along with leading professionals from our strategic partner firms. We also ask representatives from our corporate sponsor firms—major corporations and organizations with a strong commitment to excellence in corporate governance—to review and evaluate all programs to assure that our offerings are of the highest quality and are as valuable and relevant as possible.
