Risk management has gained considerable attention in recent years. It is inherent to many situations, and has serious implications in decision making.

The mission of the center is to provide the practitioners with the current risk management methodologies, techniques and best practices in various industries.

International Center For Decision and Risk Analysis (ICDRiA) aims to promote knowledge exchange between industries, in order to leverage from various experiences and methodologies through education, joint projects and consultation.

The center is a part of the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and acts as a multi-disciplinary, public-private, international research center, to progress on the most challenging problems concerning risks and decisions.
