- Launching the Initiative, including sponsorship alignment, establishing the team, customer needs mapping, payoff matrix, elevator speech, critical success factors
- Keeping the Initiative Alive, including treat/opportunity management, spotlight shared need, backward imaging, root cause analysis
- Influencing Key Stakeholders, including stakeholder analysis, influencing key stakeholders, team competency audit, applied metrics, evaluation of synergies
