Curriculum

Courses
Courses include general management and core business courses which are taken initially to serve a foundation for the more advanced global business courses, seminars and team projects

Faculty
Faculty are distinguished local and visiting international professors---over 90% are PhDs and renowned subject matter experts. Additionally, seasoned global business practitioners lead integrated projects.

Residencies and Technology Supported Delivery
All courses are introduced at on-campus residencies. Instructor-led interactive discussions, class meetings and virtual teamwork continue using groupware and web conferencing technologies.

Assignments
Syllabus design includes both individual and team-based assignments such as individual papers, case analyses, team projects, and the development of an international business plan. Assignments have a practical focus for immediate application.

Teams
Teams, an integral part of the learning design, are initially formed randomly then there is the opportunity to self-select team members. Virtual team skill development is incorporated and supported. Typical team size is 4-5 students

Workshops

Personal and skill development workshops delivered during residencies build leadership, collaboration, and intercultural savvy skills and competencies.
International Study Tour
The international study tour is a comprehensive learning experience that includes extensive pre-trip research, high-level in-country business meetings, cultural activities, and post-trip analysis.
