Ann is a leadership and business team coach in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her coach training and certification through the Newfield Network, and holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation. Ann is the current President of the Richmond Area Coaches Association.

Ann began coaching in 2000, and started her coaching and consulting business, DaVinci Resources, in 2003. Prior to becoming a coach, Ann had directed psychology, program development, and research departments in health care organizations for over 20 years. She currently coaches primarily with business and health care professionals, often those in leadership positions or career transition. She also works with teams in both for profit and nonprofit organizations seeking to improve their communication, effectiveness, ability to handle conflict, and trust. Workshops and organizational programs she delivers include: Stay Fired Up Without Burning Out; Coaching for Action; Where’s the BEEF in your business?: Strengths as a Teambuilding Strategy; and Feng Shui for the Brain: Clearing the Clutter in Your Mind. In addition to teaching in The University of Texas at Dallas School of Managements Executive and Professional Coaching Program, Ann teaches courses in Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, Problem Based Learning, and Human Motivation for the University of Phoenix.

Ann completed her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at The University of Texas at Austin in 1983. She also holds a masters degree in clinical psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, Ohio. Ann holds a certificate in nonprofit management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
