Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If cancellation is necessary, requests must be received by UTD ten working days prior to the beginning date of the course and will be subject to a $250.00 cancellation charge. If the minimum enrollment is not met five working days prior to the start of the program/course, the program/course may be cancelled. Each participant will be notified if the program/course is cancelled. If for any reason the program/course is not held, UTD's liability is limited to the return of the full program/course fee. All fees should be paid before the program starts.

With this registration, the attendee(s) hereby give permission for photographs, video images, quotes and identifying symbols of the attendee(s) organization(s) obtained at this event to be used in promotional materials for the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). These promotional materials include, but are not limited to, general printed materials, fund-raising publications, and advertisements. These materials may be used by The University of Texas at Dallas or by individuals, clubs, foundations, etc., to whom they are released by a UTD representative.
