Lean 6 Sigma Training: Overview

Lean 6 Sigma Graduates with CertificatesC4iSN offers a comprehensive curriculum of seven days training in which participants earn a Lean Six Sigma—Yellow or Green or Black Belt. This prepares them to participate as an effective team member and apply lean six sigma tools in a real project guided by a black belt.

Program Highlights

  • Classes are held on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
  • Program designed to help you learn from distinguished faculty, industry experts and fellow students
  • Receive PDUs and course credits if you qualify to be admitted to the non-degree program
  • $3,200 for Yellow Belt, $3,900 for Green Belt; Early registration and includes all material and meals.

 

Program Requirements and Modules

Yellow Belt
This requires completion of all seven days (8 hrs per day), class assignments and quizzes.

Green Belt
The green belt in addition requires the completion of a project. Participants who do not complete the project in 8 months from the start of the program will automatically receive a yellow belt certificate if they meet the requirements.

Black Belt
Only candidates who have successfully completed the green belt program and meet the admission requirements are eligible to register for the black belt program. The black belt program requires completion of 9 additional days of training, class assignments and quizzes. In addition they are expected to complete one lean and one six sigma project with real $ savings for the company. Please contact us for more details and application for the black belt program.
