Strategic Leadership of Healthcare Organizations

This course develops the strategic thinking skills needed to develop a sustainable competitive advantage in a turbulent healthcare environment. Participants learn how to:

  • critically assess a medical organization's competitive strengths and weaknesses
  • use scenario planning to analyze an uncertain future
  • identify potential strategic partners and alliances
  • leverage human capital and increase institutional learning

This course is eligible for 4 hours of graduate academic credit and up to 32 hours of Category 1 CME credit toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.
