Reason for choosing to pursue a Ph.D.:

  • "So far, I have had a successful 16-year career in supply chain/distribution/manufacturing management. As I look to my future, I see the chance to add to my professional knowledge base through the completion of a very rigorous Ph.D. program at UT Dallas. My ultimate goal is that this, combined with my work experience, will prepare me for a future role in either teaching or consulting."

Comments

  • "Having been accepted to the Ph.D. program starting January 2005, I am still very new to this program. As I have been enrolled in the MBA program as well for the last two years, I am comfortable in saying that the quality of the faculty and the other students is very high, which creates a very challenging atmosphere. I am proud and excited to be part of this academic team."
